Ingredients
50ml Contemporary Vietnam Gin
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
30ml Hibiscus Syrup
30ml Egg White (optional)
1 dash Orange Bitters
Hibiscus Flower (previously kept in syrup)
METHOD
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients & shake until chilled. If using egg white: remove ice, strain liquid back into shaker, and dry shake for at least 30 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a hibiscus flower.

Ingredients
50ml Contemporary Orange Gin
15ml Cointreau (or triple sec)
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
30ml Cranberry Juice
Orange Peel Twist
Method
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a flamed or twisted orange peel, expressed over the glass for an aromatic lift.
