Ingredients
50ml Dalat Flowerbomb Gin
20ml Strawberry Puree
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Rose Syrup
40ml Sparkling Wine
Sliced Fresh Strawberry
METHOD
Add gin, strawberry puree, lime juice and rose syrup into an ice filled cocktail shaker, shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with sliced fresh strawberry.
