Ingredients
50ml Sapa Citrus Tea Gin
8 Fresh Mint Leaves
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Fresh Mint Spring
METHOD
In the glass or metal mug, gently muddle the mint, sugar and lime juice. Fill with crushed ice, add gin and stir well until the glass is frosted. Garnish with a mint sprig.
