Ingredients
60ml Hoi An Spice Road Gin
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
Lime Peel Twist
METHOD
Add all ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker, shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, twist lime peel to release zest spray over drink and rim, add garnish.
