Ingredients
40ml Lady Triệu Contemporary Vietnam Gin
20 leaves / 1 handful Fresh Rau Răm*
20ml Fresh Kumquat Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
80ml Chilled Soda Water
Kumquat Half & Rau Răm Leaves
(*alternatives: Lemon Balm or Mint Leaves)
METHOD
Muddle rau răm in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice & add kumquat juice, sugar syrup & gin Shake until chilled. Fine strain into an ice-filled glass. Top-up with soda water, garnish with a kumquat half and rau răm leaves.
